What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can welcome you properly.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not served at the property, but cafés and bakeries on the same street are only a few steps away, and the studios and apartments have a private kitchen where you can prepare breakfast at your own pace.
Is parking available?
There is no private parking on site. Free street parking is usually available in the surrounding streets, and bicycles or motorcycles can be stored close to the accommodation.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every room, studio and apartment has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries, towels and toilet paper.
Is WiFi free?
Yes. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property at no extra charge.
Are there rooms with a balcony or terrace?
Yes. The Double Room with Terrace has a private terrace and balcony with city views, and further units also enjoy outdoor space. Let us know your preference when you book.
Do you have accommodation with a kitchen?
Yes. The Studio Apartment includes a fully equipped private kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, kitchenware and a dining table.
Are families welcome?
Yes. Family rooms are available and children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and extra beds are not available, so please tell us the ages of children in your group when booking.
Is smoking allowed and can I bring my pet?
The property is entirely smoke-free, so smoking is not allowed anywhere. Pets cannot be accommodated, and parties or events are not permitted.
How do I pay and can I get an invoice?
Payment is by card, as cash is not accepted, and an invoice is provided on request.
How far is the property from the centre of Tabernas?
The accommodation is in the centre, directly on Avenida Andalucia, with shops, restaurants and the bus stop within a few minutes' walk.
Which languages are spoken?
The host speaks Spanish, and communication in English by message before arrival is straightforward.
